Your product details.
A clear explanation.

Last updated: 10 October 2026. This notice describes the website edition of MadeInChina.info.

Your product and report

Your product description, photo preview and audit report remain in the current page. This application does not save them to a database or browser storage. Refreshing or closing the page clears them.

AI product audits

When you select “Run audit”, the application sends your product description and optional photo to OpenAI to generate the report. Research may use web search. Do not submit confidential designs or personal information.

The application requests that generated responses are not stored for later retrieval by the API. This does not mean that provider security or abuse-monitoring retention is disabled. Provider retention depends on the account and service settings. See OpenAI’s data controls documentation.

Hosting and access

This website uses Railway hosting, which processes technical connection information. To limit automated use and control research costs, the application stores daily usage counters with a hashed identifier derived from your IP address. The identifier changes daily; previous-day counters are removed when the next audit is requested. Product descriptions, photos and reports are not stored in this usage database. The application does not add advertising trackers, analytics cookies or third-party font requests.

Your choices

You can edit your description or remove a selected photo before running an audit. You can cancel a pending request; information already sent to the provider cannot be recalled. Supplier links open the relevant external website.
